Project Under His Wings was born in response to the high number of terrorist attacks and seeks to comfort and minister the love of God to these victims or to their families.

Project Under His Wings volunteers listen with a genuine love to these who have survived terror incidents. Since September of 2000, 664 people were killed and 3,501 were injured as a result of suicide attacks. These stories uncover untold pain and mourning that exist among the people of Israel. They mourn the loss of a loved one, body limbs or other normal body functions as well as they realize many of their dreams will never come to fruition. Many families are facing tremendous hardships mentally, emotionally and financially. CFI's volunteers show God's compassion by listening to these tragic stories, encouraging their faith and praying with them. Gifts from Christians in the nations are taken to them as a blessing. You may find out more about these visits in "For Zion’s Sake," CFI'S beautiful quarterly magazine.

"To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness that they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified." (Isaiah 61:3)
"Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me! for my soul trusts in you; And in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, Until these calamaties have passed by." (Psalm 57:1)
